1 Services Provided
Riad Al Ashekin provides digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) services, including but not limited to:

- Content optimization and strategy
- Link building and off-page SEO
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
We do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., "#1 on Google") as search algorithms are third-party systems outside our direct control.
2 Client Obligations
To ensure the success of the project, you agree to:
- Provide necessary access to website backends, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Review and approve content or changes in a timely manner.
- Inform us of any other marketing activities or website changes implemented by third parties.
3 Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices are generated monthly or per project milestone as agreed.
Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Late Payments: Services may be paused or suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the rights to all content, reports, and optimizations created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, tools, and methodologies developed during the engagement.
5 Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All login credentials, business strategies, and proprietary data shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6 Limitation of Liability
Riad Al Ashekin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruptions caused by search engine algorithm updates.
7 Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice (email). For monthly services, a 30-day notice period is typically required unless stated otherwise in your specific contract.
