1 Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all SEO services offered on this website, including:

  • Monthly SEO Packages
  • Local SEO & GBP SEO
  • Website SEO Plans
  • Hourly/One-time SEO Consultation Sessions

Refunds do not apply to services that have been fully completed or delivered.

2 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

Early Cancellation (30-Day Window)

If you cancel within the first 30 days of signing up for a monthly SEO plan and minimal or no work has been completed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to start the project or deliver agreed-upon tasks within a reasonable timeframe, and attempts to resolve the delay are unsuccessful, you may request a refund.

Consultation Sessions

Refunds for hourly or one-time consultations are available only before the scheduled session takes place.

3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed deliverables such as SEO audits, on-page optimization, technical fixes, content work, or backlinks.
  • Situations where SEO results (rankings/traffic/leads) do not meet expectations—SEO requires time and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Change of mind after work has started.
  • Late refund requests submitted after the allowed timeframe.

4 Refund Process

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email us at ashekinriad@gmail.com within 30 days of signing up or cancellation.
  2. Include the following:
    • Invoice or payment proof
    • Service package purchased
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any supporting details

Timeline: Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5 Alternatives to Refunds

If a full refund cannot be provided, you may be offered:

  • Service credits for future SEO work
  • Pro-rated refunds based on work completed
  • Plan adjustments to better fit your goals

6 Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage resolving issues directly before filing a chargeback. In case of a chargeback, your account may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved.
